I own the EDT and have tested the L’eau flanker. It’s pretty, but I’ve realized that I just don’t vibe with civet and that’s basically what makes No 5 what it is 🤷🏼♀️

I agree with you 100% I was so disappointed in Versailles. The color is beautiful but misleading & I'm so glad I got a chance to smell it before I purchased it. On the other hand I LOVE Tuileries... I have it in both the classic & intermezzo size and in the Le Diffuseur. I just purchased the 2 refills for the Le Diffuseur because I fear that it will be gone because it's a limited edition. The only size left on the Trudon website is the GREAT size. 😥
@@Zerinoo its so good 💕. It’s perfect for the summer, it’s the right amount of shimmering soft subtle sheen! It was limited edition, however they do have the regular body oil currently at Ulta and chanel.com. It’s by far the best body oil i had ever try and its why I always have a back up bottle.
The idea of the smell of a luxury hotel fragrance or luxury soap smell always allures me. I’m not particularly one for Chanel no 5 but I might have to try this. I actually do like Chanel no 5 edt, it’s the most interesting one because it smells like soapy yet greasy (like human hair) ylang ylang.
It smells like an expensive luxury boutique hotel in Italy for sure! Is different from Chanel N 5 but it's in the same type old world luxury. Another perfume that smells like an expensive hotel, like the Ritz in Paris, is Quelques Fleurs L’Original. Such hidden gems 🔹 not many people talk about it. Hope this helps dear.
@@jouh3890 oh I have a sample of that one! I will need to check it out again :) it’s not soapy but I get a very luxurious floral feeling from Magnolia Nobile by Acqua di Parma. Great for summer.
Thanks for your video. My favorites in the collection are Bois des Iles, Sycomore, Gardenia, Beige and La Pausa. I think La Pausa layered with Sycomore would probably be really nice.
