Nice BUT if the new tax law come it no effect January 1st, it is goi g to cripple the real estate market across Thailand and the number of xpats is going fall off a cliff But a beautiful home no doubt

Hey thank you for your comment again, I did this video back in March but forgot to post as I was busy shooting, what do you think is different with Bali, they have some ultra luxury villa I think but maybe other lack of uniqueness?
@@NicolasVoisinFilm You called it. The lack of uniqueness is it for me. I see the owners/developers in Thailand are unique and detail oriented. I’ve seen a few of the Bali style villas in the Kingdom of Thailand but they don’t possess the same remarkable feeling.
