Update they came back in full, and some died off for sure, though. It lasted great just broke it down about 2 weeks ago. They do not turn as green due to the low light k's . It's going to happen with low tech. Thanks for the advice. Hope you have a good one.
Of course your neon died. Why did you only have 1 by himself anyways. They are schooling fish and should be with no minimum of 6. Seems like an amateur move
It was the last surviving of an old tank. I also agree with you totally. If it was not my last surviving one I would not of placed it in there just didn't feel right do him to be alone. I could have said that in the video but I'm still getting use to doing videos. Appreciate the comment.
Hi! Thanks for your vid. This is one the most beautiful and simple aquascapes I've seen with it's vivid contrasting colours of rocks, wood and Sunset sand (is it right?). The plants are simple too, no special aquasoil needed. And the White Cloud Mountain Minnows are just gorgeous. A lots of inspiration... God Bless!😀🐟
Love this design❤. Thank you for the inspiration I’m putting together my first flex just now. I’m loving the honey colored sand and lava rock combo. Plus the touch of the pebbles.
So I used an older Nicrew hang on the back and wanted to makesure it good growth so I put a second Nicrew (newer model) next to it then after 3 weeks went down to just the newer one. Both can be purchased on amazon.
Hey friend, cheers from my fish room channel in Chicago! I did something similar with a book shelf tank in my fishroom. Same kind of wood and i started with a group of Long fin White Clouds, as well. However much has changed ... all good. Come visit. Anyway, I look forward to seeing your progress. PS: Delighted to support your channel by subscribing :)
Awesome tank. I've just ordered this light to replace the standard one! Did you find this nicrew light is strong enough to support the more light demanding plants?
I'm sorry, I just saw this comment. My apologies for not responding quickly. Yea, everything has done very well. I run mainly nicrew lights on all my tank's and I run them at 70-80% strength to control algae growth as much as possible.
