Marco always he trained Gordon, also he trained under some of the best chefs ever. The roux brothers, koffman, nico ladenis and Raymond blanc. He didn’t even have to go to Paris because of the the level he was already at in the UK. More importantly he reminded behind his stove unlike the two other chefs
