The first things that should have been built are commercial high rise buildings for businesses to move their headquarters then residential demand will explode. Why build condo towers when there is not much else going on. Advice: 1) Stop the phonetic accent. 2) Don't overhype. We will be the judge and most of us are not that daft. As for (1), the top African RU-vidrs like Wode Maya, African Tigress, Tayo Aina and co do not use some funky accents. Even Aproko Doctor get subscribers because of his strong Naija guy accent usage.
