I had a standard 2.5" summit racing bullet style glass pack muffler, I had a small 2" inlet tractor muffler from tractor supply (they are just handing in the isles). and I also ran just a 2" dump pipe and 4" cutout. Which also quieted the exh down 50% or so I'd say.
Having the same problem with my car right now what did you end up doing to fix it , if u don't mind me asking I have a backhalf ladder car moves about the same from left to right
Good lord that thing might flip over with all the instant torque! Can you put a controller on it to ramp in the power? PS have you noticed I finally Turbo’d by Blazer? lol. It only took like 5yrs 😳😳😳😝
Thats 120v on a Kelly 200A controller. ;) Should be fun! Will be battery limited to around 50a for now. Congrats on the blazer! I started building a Model T!
Adam i know this is an old old video but im thinking of doing something similar to my supercharged s2000. I was planning on having an external wastegate welded on the test pipe and then using say a 7psi spring. The idea being that when the car makes boost and the OEM exhaust becomes a restriction the valve will open and make the exhaust abit more free flowing. The only issue i have is what happens if the wastegate see's vacuum when im off the throttle? will it damage the diaphram?
This setup had the nose jacked up pretty high and filled thru upper rad hose. This vid was taken well after it warmed up. Lots of air bubbled out before the vid started as well. Def still air in system. Has been on every ls motor ive "burped".
I’ve had good luck filling through the upper radiator hose, it basically eliminates any air. If you add a Durango V8 filler neck that goes in the upper radiator hose it’s even better. 👍 PS I saw the video where you let that Silver g-body beat ya 🙄😳😉
