Im going to buy one very soon I hope and in Manual. It’s a better driving experience and if something‘s wrong with the gearbox its going to be very expensive
Bought mine in January, wanted a DSG but bought a manual and couldn't be happier. I don't like the DSG for normal driving it's not like a normal auto to me. So I got the manual have a stage 2 clutch in it and a short shifter and it is sweet as 😁 I feel like it pulls harder in gear to.
@@adamgs450h8 I gave up on my idea. My golf 5 1.9tdi that I have just got a new turbo, intake and downpipe and now it has arround 225hp. It doesnt make sense for me to buy a GTI. I’ll get an R32 or so. I like it better anyway bec of the Vr6
Depends what you like more! I have both and enjoy manual as well as dsg. Dsg if well maintained is reliable too! Would recommend to do the dsg remap, to improve the smoothness. Also do regular dsg adaptations for clutch and pressure regulators.
This is a track day? They let you drive whit a broken window? Learn heel & toe, you are shift locking every downshift, bad for drivetrain etc. + it looks and sounds ugly
No, this is TF. Yes they did allow to drive with that crack, but not sure why :) Now it's replaced. I know how to heel & toe, but not a big fan of using it if the tempo is not high. But you are right, this helps a-lot with stability while braking.
