Yes ofc! Here you go 😊 1. Make teriyaki sauce by mixing 50mL each of sweet cooking sake, mirin and sauce sauce with 25g of brown sugar. Bring sauce to the boil in saucepan, then simmer until the alcohol burns off (approx. 5 mins). 2. Remove bone and skin from 2 chicken thighs and cut so they’re flat. Lightly coat them with flour on both sides. 3. Heat oil in pan on med-high heat and once hot, add chicken (skin side down). Turn once the bottom is cooked and slightly brown. 4. Once chicken is browned on both sides and cooked through, add the sauce to the pan. Cook until sauce thickens. Keep moving the chicken around so it doesn’t stick to the pan. 5. Serve sliced over rice with a side salad

I used to not know how to read Gods word but recently we were reading proverbs with Church and I just dove so deep into it and recently just had a huge breakthrough and can’t get enough of Gods word and Holy Spirit !! My favorite verse for a long time has been Jeremiah 29:11 but over these last few days it’s become Isaiah 43 :18-19 I am doing something new ! Now you will grow like a new plant surely you know this is true I will even make a road in the desert and rivers will flow through the dry land !
As well as keeping food dairy so you can really be in touch with what you’re eating so it’s easier to see if there are any triggers that cause flare ups too
My skin was - processed foods, certain seed oils causes inflammation in your body which can flare up your gut, dairy is also inflammatory food, loads of supermarket meats, and your biggest one is GLUTEN gluten is so hard to break down in your body your intestines struggle to break it down which can leave you feeling bloated and in pain. From my experience cutting out gluten, processed sugars - processed foods, fizzy drinks dairy if you can, oil, and resorting to whole foods, raw meals organic produce and products loads of grass feed meat too
