Hello Micheal, I like your quest for the perfect shirt videos! I also find it hard to find a perfect fit. Unfortunately Mott & Bow aren‘t available in germany, where I live. They seem to have nicely fitting and long enough arms. I couldn‘t agree more, that arms should have a rather tight opening especially for athletic builds like yourself. So I wonder have you come across any other brands that have rather long but tight fitting arms, preferably 100% cotton? What‘s your take on polyester? I find that often they start to pill more easily, they loose shape and they get an odor after time, especially when you sweat in them. Unfortunately most „athletic“ shaped shirts have polyester in their blends. Also polyester in clothing is a cause for microplastic through breakage of dibre when being washed as far as I know? Have you tried any of the Gildan or Fruit of the Loom shirts wether standard or heavy cotton? They are widely available and also very affordable. And as for pima cotton, I think Uniqlo offers rather affordable Supima cotton t-shirts that are of good quality. Thanks :)
PLEASE read with attention! If you're outside UK, DON'T BUY IT. There's no customer service active with phone number, people working on social media only. Instagram staff it's a disaster, don't solve your potential problems and that is it. The website says that you can be charged with import duties if you're buying above 150euros. I did one purchase with a total value including postage = 114euros. Never got the package at home but a letter from post office asking to pay 87 euros in charges. Tried contacting the company several times to solve it but no attention was given to me. AVOID IT PASS IT DON'T BUY.
My experience of Wrangler mwz cowboy cut is the sizing is random. Ordered a pair of 34w31leg. The pair that arrived had 34/31 on the label but were like a pair of clowns trousers. When measured the waist was actually 36 with enormous thighs, they were made in Mexico. Second pair were ok,but the front pockets are only half the depth of my other Wranglers?
You might have a good business but I am a Vietnam. Veteran We had all of this stuff made here in the USA. You need to get Hanoi Jane to help you make millions I have not forgotten what she did and you kinda following her bring everything home
Unfortunately, more and more brands that produce classic dungarees are disappearing. And the quality of those that are left drops. The reason is that it is often found made in China and Mexico. The Mexican variants are still tolerable, but do suffer from deficiencies. With the Chinese variants it is much worse. That's why I try to get NOS versions that are made in the USA or Mexico.
Tailored Athlete is a criminal thieving company with severely UNDERSIZED clothing. When you follow all of the return rules with UPS shipping/tracking (your cost), they don’t return your money. They have NO customer service number, that’s a red flag by itself. They play the e-mail runaround game. DON’T ever think about buying from these degenerate criminals.
Good video! I would like to know why graphene based clothing isn't very popular yet (in the UK). Is it because of the cost to manufacture or something else?
I've always been a fan of big smith. Is there a way to order directly from the manufacturer? I wish they still made the mechanic style Fisher stripe coverall.
Very good video ! I was wearing Wrangler 13mwz, all my life, I tryed other brands but I still go back to Wrangler. I heard that the mwz stood for Mens with zipper, I like that they fit right at the waist, not low rise. They last a long time, wear after wear, wash after wash. I'm 75 years old, and I can't get the Cowboy out of me ! or the jeans also. Thanks !
Michael im curious in your opinion what is your favorite t shirt preferrable one that is comfortable and easy to care for possible wrinkle free and hold up to the test of time
my favorite tshirt has been and continues to be the sewn west. it has no spandex so its not necessarily wrinkle free, but its the most comfortable. Second place would be either Duer or Mott and Bow.
Very helpful channel, buying a couple of these. If you don’t mind, I’m going to email you some info about a v-neck shirt I love and trying to find the same or similar one but the brand label wore off.
Matt, seems all the tshirts I have gone through have similar neck openings. My favorite in general has been one without spandex by Sewn West, but it is not the nicest looking, just the most comfortable. The neck seems to drop lower in front. Hope that answers your question
So I’m usually a size large in shirts but I put my stats in on their website and it’s saying medium… and by what you said their XL fits like large compared to other companies kinda justifys that . Thanks for the review man
Yep! I got a large 3 pack and they def fit like a med! Not necessarily a bad thing for me as I like the compression feel! This guy does a great review though!
normal cycle. I believe it's how far you dry it and now how hot, I have no study to point to, just my belief from experimentation. If you remove it from the dryer before it becomes bone dry, then you avoid a lot of the shrinkage. Also if you hang it while just a slight bit damp, it should not have wrinkles.
@@michaellevine2155 Thanks for the reply, appreciate it! I just ordered a bunch of the t-shits, I’m only 5’7” 142, 42 inch chest, and the smalls fit me perfectly but in the polos the small was too small/tight tight, so had to go to a medium, and I don’t want to shrink the medium polos. Appreciate the comment
Interested in these, BTW Michael, I did buy some of your "Big Smith" Overalls, They are Fantastic work wear! Very tough, Very stylish, and Very much a fantastic Value!
Dominic, I since have put on some weight and need XL, so I gave the Henley away. It was always a little tight on me, and with the heavier fabric (good quality), and high amount of spandex it felt a litlle restrictive. I think I could give you a more positive post review if I had gone up one size initially.
Great! Thanks for sharing your honest thoughts on our Graphene hoodie. Your suggestions are of great importance to us, stay tuned to your new review in the near future.
