Please create a video on your first job switch in software testing field. Please explain in this video how you switch the job, what questions do we expect from interviewer in 3-5 Yr of experience in Testing. How we can approach to get interview call from organisation how we can apply so that we can get interview calls.
I do understand and that's a pain point but we can't do much. We can just grab whatever opportunity comes to us and then switch and go for higher salaries.
Noida especially G Noida is cheaper because it doesn’t opportunities like Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad. As soon as it grows to that level it will also become expensive. Moreover, one should always purchase a property in a city where he or she is going to stay for a significant time of life. Staying in Bangalore and purchasing a flat in Noida doesn’t make much sense because even if you rent your flat in Noida while staying on rent in Bangalore, you won’t get rental yield in Noida as much as Bangalore because of low salaries and you will end paying more rentals in Bangalore. In short, you won’t be able to recover your value. If you can’t afford to purchase a property immediately, better to delay decision a little bit, save more money and then purchase a property where you are going to spend most of your time. If you want to switch to Noida in like 3-4 yrs then it makes sense. Else if you’re planning to settle in Noida after 10 years, by then your property will get older and you won’t get a feeling of staying in new property.
You’re just considering IT opportunities which isn’t right comparison. Pune is a major automobile and manufacturing hub & has more opportunities in terms of manufacturing as compared to Bangalore. In terms of IT Bangalore has no comparison at this moment. Food wise, Pune has more variety as compared to Bangalore. Real estate wise Pune is affordable as compared to Bangalore. For north indian crowd Pune is better, for south indian crowd Bangalore is better.
