The Nanoelectronic Devices and Integrated Circuits (NorDIC) Lab is situated within the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Our mission at the NorDIC lab revolves around pioneering novel device designs and technology-integrated circuit solutions tailored for emerging nanoelectronics. Our research pursuits are centered on exploring innovative device and circuit co-design techniques that address the pressing challenges facing the electronics industry and the scientific community. In an era characterized by the hyper-scaling of technology, isolated device, circuit, and architecture-centric design approaches often prove impractical. Therefore, we operate seamlessly across multiple layers of design abstractions to tackle formidable technological hurdles and harness the vast potential offered by cutting-edge technologies.
