Wow Lara❤yes, it was intense yet very rewarding with surprises ( cardio arms with weights) I like 3-2-1 knee lift. Very artistic with legs in curtesy while working the arms! I really enjoyed your new style, it’s like you are taking me on a mini day trip throughout the week and revealing the grandiose on Sunday 😊can’t wait to see what’s next 🎉

socks are slippery as hell! working out barefoot is the best, it allows better grip and stability 👣

Hi, Lara so happy that we are building to a climax again for Sunday. This one was great. I like the elbow mobilization routine. Cool 😅did the steps yesterday too. German is a pretty language. Gearing up for core 🎉🎉always energized to try fresh and innovative approache to daily movements ❤

Welcome back, Silvia 😍 To answer your question, resistance bands can be more exhausting than lifting heavy weights because they provide constant tension throughout the entire range of motion. This engages more muscle fibers and requires more effort to maintain control, leading to a more intense workout. Hope to see you in the next one 😘😘
