Wow Lara❤yes, it was intense yet very rewarding with surprises ( cardio arms with weights) I like 3-2-1 knee lift. Very artistic with legs in curtesy while working the arms! Welcome back, Silvia 😍 To answer your question, resistance bands can be more exhausting than lifting heavy weights because they provide constant tension throughout the entire range of motion. This engages more muscle fibers and requires more effort to maintain control, leading to a more intense workout. Hope to see you in the next one 😘😘
