Passed Texas Real Estate exam today!!! I would say watch all Stu's videos and the practice test on Aceable Agent are closer to the kinds of questions on the real test. The questions on prep agent are much harder than the ones on the real test. Also the practice test you pay $20 for on Pearson Vue website under Texas Real Estate is the national practice test and it was about 85% like the real questions. I thought it was going to be much harder based on everyone saying they had failed but it was not as hard took me 5 weeks to take all the classes with Aceable Agent and to study for the test and pass. One last thing THANK YOU STU!!!!! watch all his videos multiple times and you will pass!!!!!
@@NannasBaNannas great question, with a few answers. 1) lot of behind the scenes stuff happening. Too much to post, but a lot of moving parts. 2) all of the information in all the videos are still up to date and relevant. 3) private tutoring has taken a big demand on my time. I plan to go live and want to go live more often. I’m just trying to work out logistics
Failed more than 6 times but not give up Than you your free class . I am Lessing you every day. Thank you appreciate it no matter what I’ll be pass the test.
Just took the NY exam in 2024, this video still is EXTREMELY useful. Wouldn’t have recalled many of the vocabulary if it wasn’t for the engaging style of teaching. Thank you.
@@realestatestu Hey Stu! Just wanted to say thank you for everything. I passed my exam yesterday and genuinely really pleased with what prep agent had to offer. I appreciate you.
Within the life estate, after it meets the condition and the property is returned to the owner that previously gave the life state, it's considered a reversionary interest.
@@daydreaming4874 well - a protected class would be that of any identifying class that the law states is protected. So when saying Caucasian men, you are both identifying race and sex. Both are protected classes. So if you discriminate due to someone’s race or sex, that is illegal.
I really appreciate ALL of this! Love the depth and detail! Folks, watch many videos from many different instructors! You get different viewpoints from each person and use every one to tie it all together!
I appreciate your direct and descriptive teaching style that focuses on exam-relevant material. I've subscribed to your channel and will watch your other videos.
So a question I had on the exam was that a minor had entered into a contract and the broker found a buyer and they signed the contract. His birthday was in 30 days but closing was in 45 days. I chose voidable but now I'm thinking it was void. I'm hearing some conflicting info so I want to get it straight. A contract with a minor is void, right? That just makes sense but these exam questions like to trick you.
I successfully passed both exams on 7/25/24 1st time too!🎉 Thank you Stu for your videos as they were super helpful while studying! I used Aceable and PrepAgent and felt like I was well prepared. I really enjoy your teaching style and felt I was able to get a clear grasp of the topics you covered. For anyone taking the exams I definitely recommend your channel! Keep studying and don't give up 😊
I just passed my state and national exams and I have so many people to thank but you, Mr Stu, are at the top of the list! Your unpretentious presentations made such a difference in my comprehension and retention of the material! Thank you for all that you do! Keep being awesome!
