Love this IW3. 2nd day walking, stairs - no problem. Can even swing a golf club! But, not to tackle a full course experience yet. But amazing engineering and design in this IW3.
@@juliehargrove605 yes, but with care, as you need to make a more conscious effort to lift up the IW3 supported leg otherwise the foot of it will grab the carpet rather than slide as on a smooth floor.

Would this allow me to work while pending an ankle fusion. Pain while standing on my ankle is extreme and this seems like a good way to take weight off. I would need to wear it for several hours at a time while standing and moving around.
I shattered my arch, got this knee crutch and slipped a fell breaking toe on my good foot so now I’m off both my feet for awhile. But I do like this a lot. I had the fit perfect. Just don’t go outside when it’s raining
May I ask how did you manage to re-injure your Achilles tendon? I'm asking because I just ruptured mine and I would like to avoid doing what you did!! How are you feeling now?
I just had a lower leg amputation, is it helpful, I mean I hate using the wheel chair back and forth to restroom, but also I wonder if it would be more practical for just getting around, in general, than back and forth to restroom. So it's a question and a statement.
I have an iwalk but not been abpe to fully use it yet as much as i would like due to the swellin in my ankle still after my subtalar fusiion surgery but what little i have used it it has been amazing.

Fact's it's not a very good idea to strain your other foot why you have a injury. You could hurt the other foot worse. And in some cases a specialist love it for the point of show me the money.
I bought the iwalk 3.0 on Amazon for ankle Fracture and I didn't know until using the iwalk that maybe I injured my upper fibula too, because I couldn't figure out why people had no problem using the iwalk yet I was uncomfortable kinda not knowing in pain I'd get fatigue never realized it was the fibula that made it difficult. Even now after 2 weeks with iwalk I can't get a proper fit, it's either too high or low or twisted. It messes up your other good hips and even your knee because of the weight on it. It's a hassle putting it on and off driving yourself around or passenger. Why didn't they invent it to fold etc.
