Guyana needs to abolish the two party system. From American we see that it doesn’t work and leads to lots of corruption as both parties will work together to limit others from joining the government while dividing the people of Guyana and engaging in corruption. That isn’t democratic as the government doesn’t represent the people.

Georgetown City Council collects city taxes and are responsible for waste management and utilities. The city has grown accustomed to the incompetence and corruption of the GT local government and civil service.

Why not add a middle barrier so if construction is needed you don't have to shut down an entire lane, and maybe a side off the road in case a car breaks down?

Guyana doesn’t need beggars, it needs workers and tradespeople. The government is providing free education at every level to develop a competent workforce and upward mobility for everyone.
Guyana does not have workers with requisite skill levels. Its will take some time for a management handoff, or it’ll be gone in a much shorter lifespan.
