So not knowing a lot about UK law I'm just curious how you got the security guy who looks like he's from a cheap kung fu movie to let you go? Here in the U.S. private security cannot physically detain you, legally. Doesn't mean they won't try. As soon as they threaten or touch you you can fight back at that point they are automatically the aggressor and can no longer claim self defense.
As much as I like exploring, these guys are dishonest people.... I couldn't trust them. These guys and others literally break in to do their exploring and thats not cool. You have low integrity, very low. Just my opinion with a big dash of reality. Peace.
Might want to invest in a high def camera, use a smoother flowing filming instead of rapid jerking from side to side and not film the ceiling most of the time.

Simon halabi still owns the house in 2024 people have been trying to buy the property but no one can get hold of him or anyone related to him. So everything that bloke was telling you is lies no family lives there and yes the rapist still owns it not even sure who that bloke is most probably a gounds man.
I'm no expert on what rights private security has in the UK but I know that in most of the world it's far less than in the U.S. and they don't have the right to detain you here so I doubt they do there. The UK seems to have pretty stringent laws on things like that from what I've read and heard. If private security detains you in the U.S. you have the right to use deadly force, Once they threaten you or touch you they are automatically the aggressor and can no longer claim self defense.
