Wish I could kiss them . Do you ever watch April and her caique Puffy? He had perfect aim and ripped the ear buds out of her ears and with perfect aim threw them in her coffee. Ever hear of a Caique basket ball player?
Love Aussie and Daisy. They are so beautiful. Finally got this vid on my feed. Sorry about the weather. AEF NEEagle chat stayed live all day and cams were on the eagles. Plenty of questions and reports on other areas as well. M15 and F23 are fine as are Gabby and her male suiter. One male suiter is missing. Hope he shows up.
Before the flood, we had a fabulous pet sitting service that we used for several years, and would have them send someone (typically the same individual) to the house several times a day, as well as staying overnight. Since the flood and relocation, it has been difficult to find a similar service in our area, but after much searching a lots of interviews and meet-and-greets , it looks like we have one 😁
When it's time for them to go back into the house, do they go into the little transport carriers willingly? I notice the evil Mr. Glove lying on top of the carriers, so I suspect not so much. 🤔
So, Scooby prefers flying solo and not interacting with the other guys? He sounds an awful lot like my parrot, Peter. Pete's not a cuddler, either. Sometimes he looks at me if I do something to "annoy" him (depends on his mood) and I swear he's thinking: "I don't suffer fools gladly!!" Yeah, I admit that he's got a point sometimes! 🤷♀️😂
Scooby came from a home that had another parrot as well - and African Grey - but they were of course caged separatly, and didn't interact. He's definitely a cuddler, loves to get scritches and hang out on me, but he's not much of a 'flock' bird 🙄
Congratulations on your soon-to-be retirement! Wishing you much happiness and contentment in the new chapter of your life! 🙌🎉🎈😊 I'll bet your furry and feathered companons will welcome the extra attention and love! ❤❤
Awesome, retirement in a month. Now there's something to look forward to. With parrots it seems there is always plenty to do , so I hope you'll enjoy it and not be bored out of your mind 😎🙂🙃👍💪🦜
They are definitely loud!!! In the wild, there might be a half mile or more between flock mates, and their loud calls keep them within hearing distance of the others in their flock - this is known as "contact calling" and is both normal, and common in nearly all parrot species 😁
