Western tourist needs to understand, Elephants were part of Thai culture for 1000s of years just like how horses were in Europe used for riding, farming, battle and meat. riding elephants and elephants made to work is similar to how horses are made to work in Europe, yes certainly some elephants are abused similar to how horse meat is consumed in some parts of europe. There is a Swiss german guy who assaulted a Thai doctor few days back and run a scam Green Elephant Sanctuary Park charging 2500 THB while buying elephants and parading it as sanctuary to appeal to western emotions, he lives on a million bhat per month beach front villa. be careful with your emotions and morality in Thailand, people are making millions out of it.
The western freemasons aka dark forces have not found KOH PHANGAN to ruin it, otherwise they don't like westerners being free and doing their thing without being influenced by western propaganda. There hasn't been a hit piece on KOH PHANGAN yet terming it as filthy ghetto full of hippies, drugs, parties and hedonism, while KOH PHANGAN is a good place to live but not sure how long this will last
It’s a amazing gym just for Farangs why do you think you don’t see any real Thai fighter in your amazing Gym…the true is it’s a tourist Gym all this Gyms on every Island go to Bangkok and find just one Farang you will never meet someone mostly of this wannabe fighters just come for a mix of training and afternoon you see them sitting in the Bars with prostitution’s
