The plate that you have all of the radials connected to, where did you get that and how much did it cost. Also would like to know the part number of that plate. Thank you very much for your help.
In steep landings, the "runway" comes to you, not you into the runway. The one thing I like about airplanes like supercub is that ones really fly the aircraft or with the aircraft. Modern airliners for instance, do the whole thing by themselves l. That is not flying. Besides, PA 18 Supercub is the epitome of the bushplane..... it is the plane!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤. Talking about aircraft, I'm in love with it.
I think it's probably their in-house Production singers, they had a lot of re-done classics they used as background for their videos. I tried to Shazam it, no results.
This is the first install that I've seen with the tuning rods on 17m almost all the way out. That's where mine ended up to give me a flat 1:1.2 across the band. I think it's because I have the 80m add on and 120 radials over sandy soil.
Yeah, I know there is a "point of diminishing return" on the number of radials, but in areas of poor soil conductivity I think that point may be at a much larger number than the research suggests. It's worth it to go a little overboard with radials when the conductivity is poor.
The fact that these pilots are not charging $75.00 to watch this video is a testament to truly what genuine masters all these guys are at not just aviation, but life itself... they know how valuable this knowledge is ... here some 30 years later it still is 100% relevant.. thank you fellas for doin this... happy and safe flying to all you SOB’s.... imagine flying in these days without any aviation apps or GPS guidance, or sat phones. Or auto locaters. Or variable pitch props, or fuel injection, or performance chips, or code readers, or Nav sharing data.... think about it
Nice. I have what I affectionately call the Hustler 9BTV ... same as you except I also added the 60M trap. You got me on radials though. I only have 55 of them ... I ran out of wire and space after putting down 1000 feet. Pretty much work the world on that antenna.
60m doesn't hold much interest for me, that's why I set mine up the way I did. In fact, if I was to add any other band to my setup it would probably be 6 meters, although I already have a 5/8 wave elevated ground plane for 6m.
My name is Clifton Head (Cliff) W4CBH. Just picked up a 6BTV. My question is Why you didnt bury your coax. What size coax did you used. Do have any problems with the coax running next to the radials. thanks W4CBH
Hi Clifton. I didn't bury the coax (LMR-400) because it really makes no difference. If you look at the studies of Jerry Sevick (W2FMI, SK) and Rudy Severns (N6LF), you can see that RF goes down into the ground anyway (especially at lower frequencies), so might still just look like another radial unless you buried it at an unreasonable depth. I see no discernible pattern distortion in any of the "mappable" modes (WSPR, FT8) at any of the bands covered, and I have no detectable RF in the shack. Since there are 64 radials, the coax would literally represent only 1/65th of any RF to be carried, so it would be a miniscule amount anyway (I had no RF in the shack when I only had a few radials as well).
The audio promo that you hear at the end of America’s Funniest Videos is actually one of my favorite episodes of full house. I have all eight seasons on DVD.
Comedian Bob Saget has Died at the age of 65. He was best known for the host of America's Funniest Home Videos and also known as Danny Tanner in Full House. May he rest in peace. We will miss you Bob!
28:44 Happy Holidays from Bob Saget the original host from America's Funniest Home Videos. 28:53 Awesome it's Disney's Christmas Day Parade, I've always watched this every year on Christmas Day I'm still a really huge Fan Disney and a Disney Freak I'm so very proud to be one. 28:55 Lovely Cinderella 28:57 RIP Regis Philbin 28:59 Beauty and the Beast, how very beautiful. 29:02 RIP Earl Hindman 29::03 Aladdin's Royal Caravan Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!!!
I’ve always love this version of America’s Funniest Home Videos. Watching The Bob Saget era is part of a fun Time when I was growing up. I remember when it became available in syndication where I lived. It would be on at 7 o’clock in the evening to compete against wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy.
@@BFRMaster I think a lot of us who grew up during the 80s 90s and 2000s still has to this day a stash of blank tapes that have something on them. As far as I know, I am the only one in my family that I know of that has a VCR still.
I work for NASA, we sent a deep space probe faster then the speed of light to go back in time and pick up the actual transmission from 1992, record it, and bring it back to Earth to add it to my personal collection so I could upload it to RU-vid for all to enjoy. If you don't believe that, you might read the description for another version of how I got it. But since you asked, you probably don't believe that version, so that's why I told you the alternate version.
@@dantheelevatorman1 It's "Come Fly With Me," and DJ and Steve have become boyfriend and girlfriend, but Stephanie and Michelle illegally sneak onboard the airplane, promptly getting disciplined by Danny when they return.
Knowing how disgruntled Bob Saget was with having to do this show, watching him do an episode of it is even _FUNNIER_ now. By the later years of his run, he *hated* the show so much.
