What about conference meetings? I have a couple of conference meetings in which the issue is feedback sound. They have a person that they see on the screen via Teams while the others are in person with laptops also connected to teams. As soon as one person speaks, thats when the feedback noise commences. I noticed that the Impact Plus doesn't have a built in microphone which I think hinders it. Everyone else is forced to speak on their laptop but feedback noise happens. What can I do?
Hi, there is a built in microphone, it might be that you need to change your settings. Please open a ticket at support.clevertouch.com and someone will be able to help you
you can connect up to 8 CleverCast dongles connected at any time to one screen. You are not able to activate or deactivate the screen using the CleverCast as the CleverCast is used as a way of casting your device to the Clevertouch screen.

Hi, do you have any links to download the old plus series (android 4.4.2)compatible apps and softwares. I cant even use the cleverstore on my screen. Is there a way to install newer android versions on the old screens? Please help

I'm using these boards at my school and I have a question. When I try to connect my iPad via USB-C, clevertouch keeps searching and doesn't connect. How can I connect the iPad to the board via cable? I would appreciate it if you could help me.
With this kind of remote management could you control who can connect with clevershare? We're having trouble with students from other schools connecting to our Clevertouch and display inaproppriate videos or music. Unfortunatley our IT department are having trouble solving it.
it would make sense for the first video in this playlist to explain what a "clevertouch" is. I never heard of a "clevertouch" and am supposed to teach in a borrowed room that has one of these devices and I just need it to be a monitor that I can connect a laptop to to play a dvd or a powerpoint. None of this video made sense to me. Do I have to have someone make an account for me before I can even use the device as a monitor? Can I make an account for myself if I can turn the device on? Or do I not need an account and can just plug the hdmi cord into my laptop and it will display on the screen? Please, clevertouch, just be a normal monitor 😞
Hi Elizabeth, you can plug in your HDMI cable to connect your laptop. On the Clevertouch screen, you just need to swipe up from the bottom of the screen and choose HDMI input.

I've got an issue where two of our screen do not allow for any searching in the Cleverstore. The search button is there but you can't actually type in any requests anymore. When you click the search button, the whole page that opens is just white space. The filter tabs also don't allow for any options (all 3 filter tabs are stuck at their default, f.x. "all age groups"). I've updated the screen and fixed the connection and restarted the screen. I'm not sure what's wrong. You simply can't use the Cleverstore for anything now, even though it does load up normally. Can you reset factory the screen somehow or something?
