In Los Angels 5.7M buy you a 5 bedroom 20 year old remodeled house with 3000 SQ.ft by the beach ... I would rather live in Dubai in a mansion and safety even though the weather sucks.
I'm wondering, how much does it going to cost if, someone wants to buy it fully furnished like a ready to move in house.... Coz the furnitures, curtains and everything matches the theme of the house. And it's really very hard to find the same type of furnishings, if they don't sell it with furnitures.
I went to check it out in person, cant believe the villa is mostly tile flooring in 5.7Mil. We are paying that price for an actually super overpriced product. Its only exotic for people who haven't seen such houses ever before.
