Yes or the very early 70's ... in Highs-Cool ... friends owned a 66 Chevelle with a pearl white paint job and 2-8 barrels on top of a 396 with a 3/4 race cam ... 65 GTO with a 6 pack ... lots of Corvettes ... I have owned a Z28 a 1975 1/2 ton ford pickup with a balanced 302 and deep dish brushed aluminum slots fitted with L60's ... matching cap with dark brown metallic paint including orange pin striping ... a Full Size Hot Wheel :)-
The way the driver was afraid to touch the carburetor, gives me the impression that he was not involved with the build. Does not speak about the build. Reaches gently over to the throttle, looks uncomfortable doing that.
Beautiful Picasso classic art. My oldest brother had one around '75. I was about 12yrs old 396 Isky solid lifter cam. H-ll it so hard he had 2 put it neutral when he stopped at a stoplight. Even he said it needed a stall(converter). It was the white/beige (funny color. Off white black vinyl top. Cam hit hard. I rember one day it was cold outside. I can still C him adjusting the rocker arms.
So beautiful. Orchestra playing such a beautiful melody. "CAM"/HORSEPOWER. Sounds like a "BIONIC" Popcorn machine!!! 🤤🤤🥲🥲. Oh yeah the headers sound like a "VIOLIN" playing a classical melody from my childhood. I Love classical music. But only this kind. 🤤🤤🥲🥲
Him saying it needs a tune up, nope got a holley with a blown power valve bud. The black around the throat of that carb is a tell tell sign. Buy you a rebuild kit for that carb and she'll run even better.
Are all these haters that stupid its called figure of speech fools. No wonder people looked me look i did something wrong when i used to drive up in my glossy black 67 chevelle ss there's alot of jealous bastards talking poo about the guy cuz he has a bad ass car
