In all his movies, McCoy usually wears basically the same fancy outfit and high end horse trappings and fancy horse. You would think that, working undercover, he would tone things down quite a bit. But NO.
Just discovered Tim McCoy in the last two weeks. These shows are gems. He not only does many characters but puts real intelligence in these movies. Makes them like detective stories.
Timothy John Fitzgerald McCoy April 10, 1891 - January 29, 1978 An American actor, military officer (Colonel) and an expert on American Indian life. He was most noted for his roles in B-grade Westerns. As a popular cowboy film star he had his picture on the front of the Wheaties cereal box. Years active as an actor 1925 - 1965 Married: Inga Arvad in 1946 until she died in 1973 They had 2 sons, Ronnie and Terry.
The great actor, TIM McCOY ,action ,when serious conversation taking place ,his seriousness on his expression and his speed running towards the horse jumping on the saddle, really fast. I like is action even though, he is short in height, but strongly fights with intruders.,thk you , i missed good cowmen pictures ,only 2024, I started to watch very very old movies.
Tim McCoy was an honest to goodness marksman with a pistol or a rifle. Trying to shoot something standing still is easier than shooting at something or someone moving. As for his fashion. You need to check the fashion of the time. It is no more ridiculous than tattoos, green hair and mohawks.
Tim McCoy, William Boyd and Tex Ritter are my favorite B-western stars. George Hayes and Fuzzy Knight my favorite side-kicks. I can guess the bad guys and guess what'll happen almost from the first of the movie but I enjoy watching them over and over again. Long live westerns.
1:47 Speed traps go back quite a ways, eh. It's kinda odd watching the "firemen" rescue people from smoke inhalation and flames with no facial protection
