I was fortunate enough to have gotten to fish at Waterfall Resort in August of 2017. It was everything I was hoping for and more. You normally float plane in and out of this resort, however, with weather we had to boat, then bus, and another boat to the island. Bryan was actually the guide I got to ride with to the island. He was a blast to talk to and get to know during that ride. The only downfall was that the state of Alaska shut down the King Salmon season two weeks before our trip. Everyone in my 24-person party took home 60 lbs. of salmon, halibut, and Ling cod. If you get a chance....GO!!!
Septic is what the true problem is. “Big sugar” is not pumping water from below the lake back into the lake, to pollute it. The water is polluted with Nitrates long before it reaches Clewsiston and surrounding areas. Population explosion, and a lack of sewer infrastructure, is what is causing the vast majority of issues.
It would have been nice if this was not one huge ad! I was an international game fisher for years from one end of the world to the other. You never mention NOAA tag and release. Or the IGFA or the correct rules of the sport. The last boat was a Rybovich which got lost in a bitter divorce but taught both of my sons to fish while still in diapers. I also took them to the Great Barrier Reef. So please tell me what earthly lesson an angler can learn from this video, whether a newbie or not. Mercury is a good engine, okay. Penn reels suck and can give you repeated bird's nest like clockwork which takes valuable time away from what you love. Yes I am a woman angler and fished with some other incredible women. Why not make a video that is an asset to you as a captain? .

You get about a 24 minute infomercial and about 4 minutes of fish being caught. No info on tackle, technique, etc. Totally useless “sport fishing” show!
I have watched this video so many times that I've lost count. It's my favorite Sport Fishing Television Episode. Sometimes I watch it straight through like I've never seen it before. Sometimes, I put it on in the background while I'm working. It never gets old. This is the episode is the gold standard by which I judge all the other episodes. Thanks to everyone who helped make these videos!
holy crap this sucked did Michael bay direct this cause it seemed like non stop action trailer and cut scenes . i just wanted to learn about the inlet and fishing instead i got transformers 9
