It's odd seeing this as someone who grew up in it, watching my dad throw my mom around when I was a kid but as an adult male myself, I just left a relationship where the girl was abusing me. Not physically, just mentally and emotionally.

My daughter lives with the abuser. And his parents. He managed to isolate her from everyone who cares about her. I can't even talk to her. I'm worried sick. Don't know what to do. Don't know what's going on behind those closed doors. He managed to do this in 3 months. Evil monster. Anyone has any advice pls...
The first thing mothers should teach their daughters is how to defend themselves.A girl should learn martial arts before they learn abc.But hey! What do mothers do? They get jealous of their daughters! So the issue of abuse will go on for as long as women hate women.
The thing with domestic violence is martial arts are available to the abusers also..and you don’t want to anger them! Abuse is ongoing not a one off situation
