Have to say in every other way Jet2 have been brilliant over the two years, in in 2020 had a lot of cancelled holiday flights and got back every penny i use them every time. Be great to get flights to more destinations from Belfast, our main Holiday is Crete but Kos is a favourite and we have to fly from Birmingham.
When are they getting rid of masks, i did ten flights with Jet2 in the last two years, mask wearing was compulsory on board, i read that they maybe keeping the masks till 2023. I think this has more to do with sales of food and drink than health, because you do not need to wear a mask when eating or drinking. On all the flights the vast majority bought food or drink, on some flights they ran out of both. The masks do nothing and are uncomfortable, i carry an oximeter with me, and found my oxygen level dropped on one flight mine went to 86% my wife to 87% and a friend his was 87%, we removed the masks and our levels went back up to 98%. I found out recently in Hospital when a nurse was taking my BP & Oxygen level, my level was 92% she told me to remove my mask and it went back to 98%. I said to her i thought wearing a mask did not effect your oxygen level she said thats nonsense.
