Hello, great videos, I have an Epson Surecolor F 2200 printer for a year, but I constantly have a problem with the white color check. I have followed everything and regular cleaning from the Epson videos. Would you be able to give me some advice on how to help myself. My business is based in UK.And to add, I use Gildan and now I understand where the difference comes from, in the saturation of colors.Thank you!
What would have been nice is if Melco still sent this neat precision oiler. They sent me a plastic bottle with some attachment that doesn't look like it will release a drop. There also aren't any instructions either. It looks like globs of oil are going to pour out. Went to ShopMelco and the pen is about $10 and shipping is another $10. Smh, why couldn't Melco provide this neat precision oiler? I certainly paid enough for the equipment. Can you do a video on how to use this monster oiler provided in the current sales of Melco's equipment? TIA.
Thanks, so much, Chris! Have this one bookmarked. After I replace the belts, and time them, I'll be adjusting my (loose) cable. I'm thinking a loose cable will cause improper registration of top-stitch over underlying stitches, something I only noticed last week. These videos are incredibly helpful.
Where are the vents: that powder is toxic? Do u realize that? Also, what about how many heads, colors past CMYK, and it looks like it has only two extra spots for other colors on the white ink side. How much are the consumables? Cost, full functional software solution and...
Epson is using a 3rd party shaker and dryer. When the printer starts shipping, they will have their own self contained shaker and dryer. It prints color and white in a single pass. Epson hasn't released any pricing or shipping dates. This is a very preliminary first look. Expect more news from Epson in 2025.
This machine is very similar to the Bernina E16 PRO introduced last year. There is a video here with a very long explanation of the features of the Bernina E16 PRO: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NowgY4xh3zI.html. Hope this helps you. The Melco and Bernina machines are simply and incredibly AWESOME!!!!
This is very impressive. I've looked at quite a few single head embroidery machines over the last few years and none of them have any software integration. They might offer a LAN port if you're lucky so you don't have to carry your designs/stitch files around on USB sticks but this machine seems to drag embroidery into the digital age. I will be seeking pricing from the distributor here in Australia.
How much is it ? Also how much would the inks and consumables cost What rip software would it use Also does it require temp control like most dtf machines ?
In the 16k range. Has a built in scanner for the hoops and designs. It’s pretty sweet. We seen it today and are going to get some hands on tomorrow. Anything you want to see or know?
