I love how, since Quote still doesn't talk, Curly basically talks for him when they interact. Also, how come she seems to remember him, but doesn't say his name or remember that he wasn't a mimiga killer?
0:53 For the longest time, I couldn't understand why Sensei's voice sounded familiar to me. Now, I've finally figured it out. It's Raziel (Michael Bell) from the Legacy of Kain games.
Would love this to be but on the playstation store for 10 dollars and advertised in the hopes Namco brings it back because mascot games are kinda coming back in style
Most of the time I think Curly speaks in moments where she doesn't need to, but I think there are some interesting interactions (not a full list): 42:50 Curly taking over her own role, where Quote remains silent 44:55 "found your panties" 1:05:05 Misery respecting Quote to be even stronger than Curly 1:12:24 That line feels disrespectful, lol 1:16:22 Here I really feel like Quote in the whole story is just there, with no dialogue and no action (as he often gets knocked out), it feels like Quote is just an automated robot to exist, and Curly is handling everything. It's nice to play as Curly, but I think the bond is much stronger if the roles weren't reversed. At least with a Silent Protagonist, I still get the implication that they can talk. 1:27:24 and despite this, man, this scene still hits hard.
1:45:00 "Hey!" 1:49:14 "I've lost...to a girl..." 1:55:42 Curly as a mimiga letting Quote finally speak, it's kinda wholesome in a way Should Curly still have said her own monologue? Idk, I think it would be more interesting to hear it from Quote's perspective. Quote giving the iron bond (back?) to Curly feels wholesome again though. 1:56:40 Glad Cthulhu remarks that Quote isn't talkactive, haha Aand, that's all of the interesting ones I found.
