I never understood people who poop or pee with the bathroom door open..I close the door and I even struggle to go if there are other people close to the bathroom.
People will say anything to justify being nasty/lazy as fuck.. if i walk into your crib and smell even a slight hint of shit im leaving.. nobody (even family) doesnt want to smell rhe fucking garbage you put into your body on a daily basis.. close your fucking doors... cant believe shit has to be explained.. there is literally no excuse unless you have some type of medical history and need to have a door accessible.
LOL I LIVED WITH AN OPEN DOOR FAMILY - I got the door open rn and my bf said I’m pissing a waterfall 😂😂😂 idk bathroom time just isn’t as taboo and private to us, like if we’re shitting yeah we’re probably gonna shut the door but if it’s a quick piss and hand wash then I see no point unless there are others in the house
What is a closed door family? If you live alone or if you and your partner are comfortable then sure but as a woman I cannot IMAGINE just casually making eye contact with my dad when I change a tampon because “we’re an open door family” or some shit. That’s just.. bizarre… Imagine being mid explosive shit after some bad Taco Bell and your mom just casually going “oh hey son or daughter, I was headed to Walmart did you want something?”
Yeah no. I've met families that are door open, and it disgusts me. I know one family that will go into the bathroom to talk while someone is pooping. It's disgusting. When it's just my fiance and I, we don't always shut the door to pee, but always close it for anything else and when the kids are around.
I follow my boyfriend to the toilet with him, only when he pees tho. He won’t let me follow him if he has to poop😅 and sometimes I have to leave the room so he can get a stream started😂
Me I have a dog that will cry if I close the door plus it’s my house I pay my bills I have no privacy since I became a dog mom my puppy is like a toddler I have to be alert at all time’s leaving door open incase she gets into stuff.

I got in trouble if I kept the door closed when I still lived with my parents. They kicked me out because I was “problematic” and a handful. Glad I’m out.
Lol. My wife will come in and sit on the side of the tub and hold my hand while talking about her day while I'm droppin logs 😂 I hated it in the beginning became I had a hard time focusing but now its normal.
My family does this but its more of the leave the door ajar cause you cant see the light from the bathroom and unfortunately we all have similar timings to when we want to use the restroom so this way they know the restroom is occupied.
I was from a door closed for only women but dad was allowed to do whatever he wanted family. Even if the door was closed he’d get mad because you didn’t lock it and he had to walk in and see you on the toilet. The lock didn’t work. And if you yelled at him that you were in there it made him even more mad.
