Thank you for making this, it’s where l live. I n 1988 we moved here from Sydney. We wanted a waterfront property, something we could never afford in Sydney. The agents could only show us one, it was on the cnr of Orana esplanade and Orana St. we didn’t buy it because we wanted a waterfront not mud flats. How l wish the agent had mentioned the tide was out. Not being locals we thought that’s as far as it came in. We never found our warefront, waited four months but nothing came on the market so we settled for a view from the top of the hill and ended up overlooking the bay and Coochiemudlo Island. The agent missed out on his commission that time.
your list is a bit off track. Adelaide is the 5th largest city, Perth is much larger so it is the 4th largest. Then Gold Coast is next, 6th, followed by Canberra, the national capital and the Newcastle. Next are Sunshine coast in Queensland then finally the Central Coast in New South Wales. Hobart , the capital city of Tasmania is 13th with a population of around 250,000.
