And what is the purpose of wasting water, a precious resource, especially in Cape Coral? Is it a statement that you must have money to waste to buy this property? Is it a statement that you must be arrogant to buy this property? Run the showers and the bath with the toilets flushing, show the lawn irrigating, show the washing machine filling.
That property is just off Veterans Pkwy, a major road with a lot of traffic. The lot is standard sized and offers no access to the river (so forget boating...). No way that house is worth 1.15m!
Beautiful back yard but I wouldn’t want it. With the bugs etc here in sw Florida to leave the entertainment area and pool open to wildlife and big mosquitoes etc
