Hey guys my name is Chris I made this channel in hopes it will grow and put that same smile on peoples faces I get from my hobby I work a very lot so a lot of times I loose out on getting out in daylight to make videos but I’ll get better. And the content will get better but most of all as long as our hobby makes us happy then we’re doing it right if you’d like to donate to the channel to help support my channel and help with further upgrades to make better content there’s a link in my description I appreciate all of you. Thanks for watching. referral.rumble.com/3pwp referral.rumble.com/3pwp
Nowhere in the advertising did you see anything about oil filled shocks. If you are going to review a RC car you might pay attention to what you are buying. And maybe if you are going to do reviews maybe find out the difference between a 2S and 3S battery. Don't run down an RC company just because you don't know what you're talking about.
@@smoothwookienookie5912 honestly they both kick ass in my opinion but if I’m gonna be honest, I had to upgrade the X max to do my kind of bashing. I have not had to upgrade my outcast, but the other downside of the OutKast I’m not gonna run that in the winter time the ex Max I ran that in the winter time I ran that year around and that thing was a beast, so I don’t know how to give an honest answer that I love both of them, but I have both of them. I’ve been blessed but I was gonna spend another thousand dollars I would just get the newest version of the max wide kit aluminum covers and that’s about it. The X max is a beast, and you can do so much with it. You can cross water with it with paddle tireswon’t do that but up and down I’m sorry I can’t tell which one to my friend, but they are both will put the biggest smile on your face I believe
Just want to let you know that I had to resubscribe to you're channel cause RU-vid unsubscribed me. Keep up the good videos and I'll keep enjoying them.
Get the Gen's ace 6800mah 4S, i run them in my V2 and get 25 minutes runtime and they are 120C and actually notice it! They are on sale right now and worth every penny.
I have the 10,000mah 4s zeee lipos for mine and they are really good!, however, you have to re drill the battery tray through the chassis as they are too big!
If you haven't you need to check out a Redcat Vigilante. It's like Arrma made a big plastic basher truck. Redcat nailed it. It's a much better driving, jumping, handling, landing truck than my Xmaxx.
I bought 2 of the V1 rollers when they were on sale last year for $399. I put a Max 5 760kv combo in one and the other is still in the box. I wasn't quite sure what to do with it. The first one is basically un drivable on 12s so i normally just run 8s in it. Then i saw the M2C Mega Kraton kit and had an idea. I ordered the kit and am going to use the 2nd Outcast for a donor rig for the mega Kraton build. I figure the parts i can't or don't use can just be spares for the 1st one i built. Now i see they have a Mega Outcast kit also. Depending on how great the Kraton build goes i may get that eventually for truck 1. I can't wait to see that bigger 650kv motor and Max 4 destroying tires and everything else in its way. Only bad part is i was shocked at the Max 4 650kv combo price. Once it was deliver tho i understood. The Max 4 and that huge 70x125 650kv motor make the Max 5 59x112 760kv in truck 1 look dainty. Hopefully I'll have time in the next month or so to actually put it all together. I love the big Arrma rigs. They are monsters and make driving my Xmaxx much less exciting.
@@boduke9428 one day I’ll be able to afford that kind of build I love my outcast if I could afford to turn it into a mega beast I would to hope I can see that beast run some day my friend injoy
I have the same car, mine is still stock only issue i had was a bent front hinge pin as i crashed it into some scaffolding😂 some people say they are not very durable bit mine sure is😎👍🏼
@@wyldebill7248 if it’s the 4s line I would recommend a chassis brace for hard bashing other than that it’s pretty much the same as outcast with a few differences but awsome rig
Send it until something breaks! My biggest suggestion is the exb diffs when the stock ones go out. Kudra racing has great videos on how to set them up to last. But the most important thing is to enjoy the hell out of it!
Yes completely stock I have the 30 tooth pinion on the truck and yes a couple minior thing each stearing long built just the built snapped same day fix and the front bumper cushion piece had two cracks on each side I just got new one in the mail that’s it I show it in all my vids when it has happened
That’s so awsome I hope u have an awsome time I will say I’ve never taken it to a skate park every where else this truck in stock form has been an animal
I'm constantly surprised that after a gnarly crash with such a big heavy rig nothing is broken. Mine has been really durable and when it has broken an arm or something it's been my fault for missing the ramp or a botched landing.
Heck yea I think some people just purposefully make the outcast look bad The one thing I can say about the Arma OutKast 4s lineup is I bought that snap the chassis in half I bought the new V2.5 chassis they came out with for the OutKast 4s landed upside down broke that chassis in half it took me eight months before they came out with that 2.5 chassis and I already can’t even get one of those, that’s the only truck that I’ve been completely upset about the company has made it so you can’t buy a new chassis for the OutKast for 4s
If I had that accent I’d walk around saying “ask nawt wut ya country can do…”. it’s cool to know they swap btw. Besides now you can get the 2.5 brace, it’s a better design. I been bussin triples for months with some baddddd scary landings. Nothin.
You look like my brother but sound like JFK lol. Yeah man I don’t run in the cold. This shit needs to flex. I flynch watching you drive without the 2.5 m2c brace. But yeah it’s 90 bucks
If they ever produce any more new chassis, I’m definitely gonna put a brace on it. My truck still sitting in two pieces right now because yet again for the second time they don’t have any chassis makes me wonder.
Dude Chris, I just ordered my first Arrma because they look so rugged in your videos. I haven't had an rc in 35 years. Thanks for showing us all what the new tech is able to do. Also, the way you drive with one hand and record with the other is super slick! Can't wait for this truck to show up. I got an Arrma big rock v3. What's type of 3s batteries are the best in your opinion? Thanks for the awesome ✨️ content!
Thanks for the compliments. I appreciate it took me a lot of hard work to get to be able to drive as good as I can now and I still need a lot of practice but I just 100% enjoy it hopefully one day I’ll be able to make a little something off this channel and buy all kinds more, awesome to show everybody how good they are or how bad they are
Looking good out there, got some distance, killer front flip save as well. Just land on grass and she’ll be good. I really want to upgrade mine but want a Kagama even more
Why do ppl say it’s not durable ? Most ppl don’t do skate park bashing 10-15 foot sends is what moderate bashing seems to me and what I do I ordered this one with the deal they had can’t wait to have it
Yea I don’t no but mine has been a beast I think what I’ve noticed is a lot of other people are putting bigger motors in them. They have huge batteries they’re landing these big trucks on an up slope, which is the worst and they’re going way bigger than I am but I’ve had some pretty hard crashes like I said I’ve been lucky. I have a good truck is the driver part is the truck how well is it gonna hold up. I only have 5200 mah batteries they’re really light. I haven’t done any upgrades. I soaked all my plastic with WD-40. I clean it after every bash. I have noticed a little bit of play in my pins that go through my arms, but I truly believe a little bit of play is OK when everything is so tight there’s no flex and a snaps, but we’re all different. We all have our own ideas and beliefs. Put small on our face means we’re doing it right I’ve been blessed with a really tough truck.
Just make sure you landed on all four tires don’t bash it out of skate park and don’t wind it on the pavement. Those are three things that I have tried very hard not to do.
Awesome bash man that’s awesome! How much is your outcast weighing you think? Just wondering mines is close to 37 pounds wondering if that’s too heavy?
@@chrissrcgetaway6356 well was funny about it is back around Christmas time. I ordered them through Amazon from the Cnhl store and then I realized it didn’t fit so I tried to return them and then return label for an airplane so when I sent them back like 4-5days later, they showed up on my front porch again so I reached out to him and they just told me to keep them
Is it brushless? Is it the pro version? I have the pro version which is brushless and I’m using a 2S Lipo battery with a high c rating any small 2s lipo and it should scream if it’s the pro version and brushless
Chris m8 wrote to u few times now I know ur bizy with work and that? I broke my chassis on kraton 4s v2 are they easy to work on mine snapped where a arm meet hinge pin snapped write of pain I'm ok working on x max but arrma no r they easy to work on 🎉🎉
I’m sorry my friend and yes they are so easy to work on very simple I broke mine as well same place I’m waiting for restock for that chassis if u find some please let me no
Mine has held up so far but I’ve put it through quite a bit every bash maintenance is key, clean up, checking all your nuts and bolts and all that stuff that’s what I tried to do spray my plastics down with WD-40 from day one let it sit overnight wipe it down obviously that seems to work for me I hope you have the samejoy from that beast
Thank you it means a lot one day my channel will hopefully make it to where I can eat just enough from it to build a dirt pump track for families to be able to injoy my same passion there just isn’t anything like that at all for rc in my area and I’m going to change that thanks for in joying the vid my friend
