Hello everyone welcome to my channel my name is Brandon and this channel is dedicated to plastic scale models of all sorts. I hope you enjoy the content. Subscribe if you would like to!
I 3D print bodies for my radio controlled vehicles and recently bought a cheap cordless airbrush to attempt to paint them. I love the fact that you're using floor gloss and car wax for the shine. Excellent tutorial!
If you put that on moldy walkway & scrub with a heavy brush the concrete will turn Orange & after a wash and second scrubbing it will look like its been pressured cleaned. Wear gloves , it will take your skin off , its that powerful.
How long should a guy let the craft paint dry for before handling? I tried doing the salt method for rusting one of my model kits and the craft paint literally fell right off the model, going to strip it and start over
@@CustomScaleModels thanks for getting back I understand life can get in the way it's been 43 years since I put a model together and now I'm going back to it lol
Yeah it’s hard to make time with young kids and a family. the majority of my free time right now I spend on my 3d business selling 3d resin parts for our models. But yeah eventually I’ll come back. Hopefully soon. I miss making videos
Thanks CSM first. Luckily to find this only vid as I took a lot of time to find out if 0.5 nozzle cap is required. Knowing that argument to have the 0.5 nozzle cap for conversion still exists, I tested with my own HP-CS with new 0.5 nozzle and 0.5 needle but without changing of the original nozzle cap. I found the 0.5 converted airbrush works very well with fast, heavy and even spraying by using AV paints, although I have no idea how good if a 0.5 nozzle cap is added. I have reverted to 0.35 setting as the original setting has been working very well under AV paints.
Keep the hobby going. I know the price has went way up since I was a kid 40 year's ago so we want to do the best job we can on putting them together. It's a pricey mistakes to do a redue.
Man, thank you so much for posting the best video on this! The icing on the cake is that you get straight to the point, clear audio, no frills, no stupid intros.
