Hi there. I did the same thing but did not have an issue starting motor afterwards. However took boat for a drive and battery drained. Put another battery on and wouldn’t start. Bought a new battery and seems fine but when I measure the voltage while cruising it does not look like it is charging. Checked all fuses and they are all good. Battery stays at same voltage. Doesn’t go down doesn’t go up while running. Shouldn’t it go to 14 volts?
We’ve had our 2 months bought brand new. Belt came off. Btw, Last Samsung dryer we had had an idler pulley broke (like yours), and I was able to order new one and replace. Thanks for video. You’re a guardian angel.
Thank you! I thought all was lost and I would have to ring someone to help me fix it or take apart the sink 😅 tried the hammer/wood and wd40 and what do u know… it came loose! Xx
Very easy build. I used 3 1/2 2x4's. I had a piece of 2x8 that I used for the motor mount. I had a set of caster wheels that I used to be able to move it around. The 2x4s cost a whopping $16.50 (I purchased 4) and I already had screws. Thanks for the easy build.
Had a 90 something Chevy truck front brakes locked up no one could figure it out friend who was gm mechanic said it's the brake lines that's what it was inside of line collapsed great vid thanks!
I did this on 6 outside lights. All required that the glass be taken out. Getting the glass back in correctly was the toughest part. But they looked great afterward.
Yeah well i just bought one today, abd it won't start. Ill try again in the morning. Otherwise im not convinced. I had a homelite fir 15 years and ut ut started right away, every time. And the the cost was the same. We'll see. I would hate to have to return it.
@@GettingItDoneNorthOf7 yeah me either, I've got a chainsaw that a guy put together for me from a bunch of other saws and it's a beast, I've had it for about 15 years as well. But the good news is, I got the weed eater to start. Just having to learn the procedure. Lol, evidently it was just flooded. Thanks for the video. I was tripping though. I can narrow and rebuild a Ford rear end, but I couldn't start a weed eater. Too funny. Happy 4th.
Instructions followed, repair made, easy peasy with such awesome guidance! Thank You for the video! Money saved, dryer back in business...just BEWARE THE SHARP METAL! Pinky knuckle stinging from them!
It's pretty self explanatory as you take the old one out. I'm converting my rope model to strap. There's already 1 hole so I jus need to drill one on the opposite side and run a 20 cent bolt thru it.
Great video, thanks for the various solutions, the rubber glove didn't work because my plug was too far in, so I used the WD40 and tapped it and the was enough. Thanks again
This has been years but I sent the motor to a mechanic. He found the valves had popped out of place. He popped them back which he said is a minor job thanks to Mercury engineering. He only charged me for 1 hr of labor and I was on my way to the river!
