The problem isn't to "protect" our natural lands. The ranchers and farmers do a fine job of managing open land. The real challenge is keeping land out of the hands of the Feds, BLM, Forest Service, State, and other government ownership.

Hi Eric, thanks for your comment. Ranch 5 was the first offering from Vogel Hill that was listed with us, which is why it is included in the title. You are correct that this video represents the entirety of Vogel Hill.
According to the "Vogel Hill" web-site, only Ranches 2-4 are remaining, as the others are SOLD. I don't see much road work though, when I look at Google Earth, ... relative to what I see on proposed roads on "Vogel Hill maps".
@@ericmcdowell5762 Apologies for the late reply. The primary roadway, stone retaining walls, turn-arounds and gated entry were completed on Vogel Hill this fall. The Google Earth imagery may not be updated, but 2020 Teton County GIS mapping imagery reflects the infrastructure. This is absolutely one of my favorite ranches, and I've seen a lot. I hope you are able to sell it all together. It'd be a shame to break it up. There are so few ranches of any size left, let alone one of this quality.
