Ok i have a question. How long does it take to cut all the pieces? I'm doing some research and want to see how long 1 standard base cabinet takes on CNC vs table saw vs track saw etc.
The cut quality was great. I was using a 3/8 compression from Vortex tool. I just ordered some new bits from FrostCNC but haven't had a chance to try them yet. They are supposedly even better than the vortex ones.
@garenpletzer1532 I can do it in 1 pass but do 2 passes just to keep the dust down and better chance not to have parts moving. First pass goes almost all the way through but leaves an onion skin. Second pass takes off the last little bit and helps clean up any saw dust that is left in the cut.
