Just had this fitted today in my new Q5 Sportback, plus upgraded speakers with APK 165P front 2-way co-ax plus tweeters, plus APK 165 in rear doors. No sub-woofer. Yet. Absolutely incredible sound!
You own a set of the rarest and most expensive car speakers in the world, but need to ask a youtube comment section how to fit them to your car which is worth less than said speakers. This does not compute.

Passive Subs all the way. Active a gamble. Device blows you lose everything. For passive its either amp goes or woofer in that case cheaper to replace what has blown. Passive they are easy to play around for upgrades(You can either upgrade a woofer if the amp is strong or upgrade the amp if the woofer is so good). Most active subwoofers are sealed so few options for those looking for ported ones. To find an active sub with 400rms or more you need to pay top dollar. For passive you can achieve that with reasonable bucks
Hey guys. I have some question. So I’m having electronic buzzing issue from the driver’s side door speaker. It happens everytime I put any amount of input into my gas pedal. Looks like electronic signal from gas pedal goes into speaker and makes noise. In this case changing the speaker will not fix it right ? Do you guys have any suggestions to block this sound ?
