Incredible artist. These minimalist excursions would be enough to satisfy me but he combines them with some of the most beautiful pop tunes I've ever heard.
Between Blue Gene Tyranny and Brad Mehldau, I could die in Piano Heaven. I'd love to hear the two of them together trade licks. Their styles are similar in areas but vastly different too. I think they'd compliment each other very well.
I really wish I had gotten this album at the time instead of Ted Nugent’s “Cat Scratch Fever.” It’s very different from anything else from that time. It feels more like “now” than “then.”
@@tyler2564 Thank you for your compliments, Tyler. I worked on a number of music and film projects for Blue Gene Tryanny, both live and recorded - an honor
One of the most beguiling and wonderful things I've heard / seen in years. Along with "Daytime Viewing," these are essential and bizarre documents that we are lucky to have access to. Thanks Unseen Worlds!
