The temperature in mid-April is usually between 10 and 20 °C, but it can occasionally drop below 10. For the exact temperature, please check www.accuweather.com. The weather at this time of year can be unpredictable. During our travels, we experienced various conditions, including cloudy, sunny, rainy, and snowy weather. Higher elevations, like Vršič Pass, still had significant snow, making it impassable for regular vehicles. However, outdoor activities such as hiking and biking were doable in lower areas like Bovec, Soca Valley, and the Kranjska Gora region. Hope it helps!
Thank you for this info. Me and my friend are planning our vacation in Julijske Alpe, which is northwest Slovenia, but we are not sure what time of the year we should go! The weather there seems to be very tricky. We hate cold. We would like to wear summer clothes or at least spring clothes. What time of the year do you suggest? Is mid June ideal?@@parinpayakarit
@@Koeweit If you dislike cold weather, visiting from late May to the end of June might make sense as this period is just before the peak summer months, which are July to September. If you don't mind hot weather, the later period is also a good choice. 👍
Hi there! You cannot get up there by car, as Zermatt is car-free for visitors. The easiest way to reach the Fluhalp Hut is to take the funicular from Zermatt to Sunnegga, then take a gondola up to Blauherd. From Blauherd, it's a 2.2 km easy walk to the hut. I went there with my 70-year-old mom, no problem. For your case, I don't think it's impossible, maybe just a little bit more work carrying your little one. The view is worth the effort. Cheers! 👍😊
