Ugh the people in the front annoy me so much. Rarely anyone seems to actually sing along! They are just standing there, looking bored, probably waiting for twenty one pilots
godsandmonsters IKR! If I was there I’d be going crazy to see her I love her. I’d be singing to every damn song jumping up and down. I deserve to be there.
Same, especially since she is so unbelievably talented and amazing live! And I mean even if you are not there for her and waiting for someone else, you can still dance and have a good time, standing there and looking bored, literally waiting for it to be over is really rude. I think you can really see in the video that she has no connection to the crowd at all and it makes me so sad.
godsandmonsters Not everyone is going to like her show or her music, though. In addition, her shows are hardly high-energy, and honestly, as much as I love Banks's music, her live shows are barely even live considering the studio recording is basically playing over the PA, and much louder than she's singing. That would certainly lessen the experience for me, especially if that's my instroduction to the artist. But yeah I mean almost every show I attend, I'm there for a specific few, or sometimes even just one, of the artists performing, and if I'm not into who's performing at a given time, I'm not going to get *into* their show, so to speak. That's part of playing a show where bands bigger than oneself are also playing.
