At the moment I havent got the time to work on sounds in rFactor. But if I find some time, I will try to work on it. You can be sure if my sounds are fine and ready I will post a video with link in youtube.
I tried your sound pack, and I have to say it is MAJOR improvement compared to default CTDP 2006 Soundpack! It isn't perfect, but I'd say it's still perfectly enjoyable. Only thing I noticed was Ferrari with bit weird sounding low revs(echoing?), but other than that, I think you did great job trying to replicate the 2006 cars. Thanks you!

Put the GameData and the ModData into your rFactor folder. You dont overwrite any files. When you have dont it go the the CTDP 2006 ControlCenter switch to the last field (Diverses) and than select my soundpack called "F1 2006 Soundupdate by Ferrari64". At the end you have to save this settings on your rFactor profile and thats it.
@brd08 i have f1 2011 too but the damage is not that realistic like in this video shown i will try it out i will take now an f1 car track monaco and will try to crash the same way as in the vid ok
@mushrume Wonder if by 9g snap he meant going 4.5g one way, then 4.5g the other way. Plausible I would have thought. Challenging section, supposedly the drivers love it. The Club-Abbey-Bridge section was awesome. Pity that couldn't have been carried into the circuit design of today.

Awesome vid. Love this configuration too- especially the run through abbey curve, to bridge and then through a tight section to luffields. Wish they'd nevr put in that abbey chicane.
