Sick riding! I can't believe how slow you hit the 5 points jump yet flew way over the platform! I haul ass going into that and barely clear it. Maybe I'm taking the wrong approach or my bike is too old school.
Sheeeesh that was so steezy. That hit on middle rain maker with the big lip on the left over the wood scares the hell out of me. Haven’t hit it yet, always picture getting kicked OTB. Great riding, thanks for sharing 💪🏼
@@ReturnOfDeeO that hit is a good one! I will say the lip has abit of a buck to it at the end but once you get a few warmups hitting it to the wood you will be good to go.👊🏻

Bike is sick but why are you running 38s on the meta v5 why not just use the sx instead and wouldnt running that shock and fork mess up the geo ? im thinking about getting a meta v5 but would like more travel but the meta v5 sx doesnt have the build i want so im just wondering if i can put some 38s on the meta v5?
Being a taller guy I prefer the full 29" but also the lateral stiffness of the RXF38. I get too much flex with the 36. I still run my 38 at 160mm travel so no change to the geometry. Highly recommend!
have u tried the sx? as i am 6.4 and also prefer 29, but this 150mm seems to little compared to my canyon spectral 160mm rear mod, what do you think? can track as well as a 160mm?>
Yes I have put a good amount of miles and days on the SX and I personally like the full 29 Meta. I do like the SX for descending and the extra travel is nice, but for everyday pedaling and longer days the Meta 29 150mm is the ticket!
Sorry if I missed it in the video, but is the fork 160 or 170mm travel? I remember a couple months ago you could get the 170mm ohlins in the a la carte even though the bike is “made” for 160mm.
I have it set up as a 160mm up front. You could run it at 170mm if you are really feeling like you need that extra 10mm for descending, but for all around riding up and down the 160mm is the ticket.

cloud color ?? isn't this the "clear silver" color that is offered on commencal's website when you buy the frame a la carte OR is this truly another color that is just not available on their website just yet ?
I am currently running the 143 Power Comp with Mimic, but on the video I had the 143 Power Pro with Mirror. Both have been great and made a huge difference with hip/lower back pain.
