I have an upper first molor tooth that was filled about 5 years ago. It has a slight sensative feeling if I tap on it from the bottom. Not much of this sensitivity if I tap from the side. No sensativity when biting down or hot, or cold on this tooth. There is some periodontitis around this tooth I believe. What would you say this could be?
