😍It’s over.. It’s over.. It’s over… I’m seeing Senton again…😂 I’ve fallen deeper into Kraton 4s-6s, Senton and Vorteks…😅 Because I’m planning to buy all my favorite Arrma models at once next year…🤣 My wallet is going to have a big hole again…
Hi my name is Vince, I would like to buy a radio for my future Mini-z MR04 EVO 2: the Futaba T3PV 3ch with R203GF or the TX Kyosho KT531P with Kyosho 82041 MINI-Z EVO Rx ! Are they compatible with the MR04? Can somebody give me some advice here? Thank you! En What about the Spektrum DX6C ? I have a lot of hobbyking/orange Rx of my DX8 aéreo model that maybe I can use! Can you or somebody give me some advice?
Hi I bought the Noble NB4! I have 2 questions about the MR04 1) I have many types of LIPO batteries from the aéreo model fly ! Could I use the 2s lipo which are 7.4 volts? 2) could I also use the normal AAA Ni-MH Rechargeable?
@@vincebrizio953 you can use 2xAAA LIPO and 2x dummyAAA batteries but you would in my experience 4xAAA 1.5v batteries are so much better. You get more weight low down and no over heating on the motor
It’s the 8500kw motor mate but without putting it on a small rolling road system it’s hard to know! But it’s fast enough for racing on a good size rcp track 👌🏻
Hi mark , please speak to Jason from Redfin as I spoke to him only yesterday as I have Two original Kyosho mini z's from 2000 in box's open to look at cars but bit and manuals never opened and maybe interested in selling to a collector
Hey mate, I’ve moved on so much from theses cars in the video I’m now running mr03 evo and the new mr04 evo. And looking to get a GL-gtr. I’m not really in to buying the older mini z’s as I want to race them 🤣
No problem Mark, I just thought I write just in case as these are in such good condition including the boxes and after watch and seeing that you had some that you didn't want to race and keep for shelf that you may of been interested. I'm enjoying crawling at mo 👍
Also buddy just a quick heads up if your properly gonna get into racing these speed demons definitely check out the upgraded transmitter systems like (kyosho syncro touch or Noble nb4)(they use the same frequency) as these will give you so much more response over the cars themselves appose to the stock transmitter as they tend to die pretty quickly Had multiple of the stock ones and each one broke down but I brought a noble nb4 and that was able to hold multiple cars all in one transmitter and I had so so so much more control too 😎🤌 honestly if your serious about getting into come competitive racing with them I highly recommend grabbing yourself a better radio unit buddy You'll never look back - having the ability to just turn on your radio and pick between which ever car you want to race is night and day compared to carrying multiple radios 👍🏼
Hey bud thank you for your comments and I’ve already running the noble pro and also the kyosho cars are great but have changed a lot of things I.e motor ball diff fixed the front suspension and much much more. I also own a kyosho racing club but let ppl race anything from atomic to pn racing.
@@markwrightrcs8456 yeah man they are great bit of kit just get abit pricy after a while 😏 I guess the same with anything really though given you put in enough time Noble Pro is a great option ♥ so much more control over the stock ones that break super easy Admittedly when I was getting into racing I went with full nexx set up (just the front suspension set up wad £180👀) but once she was finished it looked beautiful - unfortunately had to let that go as needed to recoup some cash in the end lol
Hey Mark great video buddy and nice choice with models too dude I remember my very first mini z was the same scubby Awd kit and I had hours and hours of fun with it till unfortunately the motor gave out Admittedly I'm abit 50/50 on these as after buying multiple models, shells and other bits and bobs it ended up running a money pit really (to be honest I was brand new into the hobby so take that as you will😅beginner errors and all) at the time my mother had just past away and I really needed something to take my mind off things - I considered getting z full scale car but insurance and such put me right off the idea to be fair so hence the scale down 😅 but I've found with experience that kyosho tend to have amazing shells and details but their chassis are super lacking for the money you spend on them which again (kyosho is like the Nike of micro scale rc) you tend to pay so much premium just for the branding more than anything - mostly taken to just buying their unbuilt white body shells as they are cheaper but still come with great details and you can just paint them how ever you like then ♥ no need to be locked into pre set colour codes when Halfords is just down the road 😎
Definitely looking at a trx4 sport but likely going to be a mouth or two before I can grab one for myself hence why I've gone with the kanyon for the time being 😎👌 great content mate looking forward to watching more of your stuff
You absolute legend what a steel 😎👌 I've had myself an element enduro builders kit from secondhand before and that was amazing but admittedly with it being second hand I was very worried something might break and I wouldn't know what to do so I since sold that(got my full money back what I paid so no danger)
Great video mate 👍 beautiful little trail too 😊 where I go it's mostly just woodland and marshy type - got a little river running down the way and a cafe at the end but we do get horses walking on the trails too as it's quite close to some farmland so using common sense where due when we see the horses we pull to the side and wait for them to pass (I get worried the sound of the motor could spook them into a panic so best to be safe and give right of way 👍 nice to see the horses too 😅) Either way I appreciate you for uploading your thoughts on the chassis and your experience as before buying I was a little unsure
Hey Mark I've just picked myself one of these up from amazon as the current model I have at the moment just wasn't big enough for the trails that I walk I've grabbed some Ali for the chassis too but I just wondered if after owning yours for a few mouths now would you say there to be anything else that needs attention or just add the Ali and run it ?
Hi max, so after a good few runs I found the car to be a little slow compared to others and is not waterproof or very splash proof🤦♂️🤣 So since I shot this video I’ve added hobbywing 1080 and a new motor and a waterproof receiver book. It’s now even better than I hoped for. And thanks for the subscribe 🤟🏼
Nice video! Love the obstacle you built, great idea. The plants really bring it to life, looks like fun. I have a scx24 Deadbolt and have had tons of fun modifying and filming videos with it. Best of luck with your channel. Looking forward to seeing more R/C content!
@@markwrightrcs8456 Absolutely, no problem! The scx24’s are definitely a great platform. I will definitely keep my eyes open for upcoming R/C content. Keep up the good work! 👊😎
@@josephcervantes6872 hey I’ve just had a look for you but they don’t have it on there site anymore. It might be because how bad it was! There are definitely better cars out there for your money mate. Try Banggood I get a lot of RC’s of there
After rolling my kanyon a few times I was a bit worried about the top spotlights and after seeing lots of videos with the spotlights brokers or missing I decided moved them back to just Infront of the luggage rack I'm hoping the rack will give them some type of support incase (or when) it rolls again 🙄 How do you find the kanyon as stock as I see it as a crawler not a drag racer like most people want it to be, I left the rest of mine stock only added 8x8mm aluminim angle as that's all that was available for months everywhere and I was very lucky to be able to get that 🙄🙄
I’ve not had any problems with mine after doing the basic upgrades, but I am very aware that the spot lights are weak! So ones they break I will then upgrade to a strip light.
