Environmental mishaps in our urban and national forest lands are becoming more frequent due to drought, fires, pest and disease infestations, and land mismanagement. One company - from its inception - envisioned the creation of equipment solutions to protect these valuable, renewable resources.
Morbark, LLC, founded by Norval Morey in 1957, manufactures a complete line of whole tree chippers, horizontal and tub grinders, slow speed shredders, brush chippers, stump grinders, and sawmill equipment that process raw and/or recycled wood and organic materials with little or no value into valued and saleable products.
With its prevailing and natural pursuit of “green” resource management, Morbark’s people and products will continue to stand strong through the ever-changing environmental, economic, political, and cultural landscape while proudly symbolizing the indispensable essence of American manufacturing for years to come.

I watched the first video "Maintenance free design" and then this one "ZeroClutch maintenance" Gotta love marketing! That being said, it looks like a great unit! I'd love to get more information on the BVR16 and 19. Any videos coming out on those units?
Yes Les, it is hard to believe, but the Morbark ZeroClutch requires no daily maintenance! The only maintenance required are your daily inspections and when needed, replacement of the wear pads. Stay tuned for more information coming soon on the BVR16 & 19 model chippers, who feature similar technology as the BVR10 &13 clutch systems.
Love the rayco but a 150 D and a bobcat 870 with a cooler straight plumed no couplers is a beast too run mine 3-5 days a week and never have any issues other than regular maintenance!
Hi guys we are from PR and we have a Woodhog 3200. We are having probs with the speed sensor we replaced it with the new one. We have the green light but the other one orange for pulses no. Do you have a video or something can help us ? Thanks!
It's Babbitt. It's usually a mix of tin, lead, & antimony, sometimes with copper, and sometimes without lead. It's to support the sharpened/reshaped chipper knife in the chipper so you can sharpen them and remount them instead of needing to buy new chipper knives every time a set wears down, or relying on a mount with adjustability that can easily get thrown out of alignment.
