Hi, I am working with FC but I cannot reach a good result with FCPathFrame reference, the robot lost the contact with the surface around the corner. have you set anything other than the parameters of the FCPress1Start? I tried to setup the dumping and so on but Nothing has changed. I am using 6700 with FC 2500 ABB

Long time for loading and unloading.The cycle time needs to be less, only then there is value of using robotic arm.

Hi and thanks! In this application we connected the signals with digital I/Os directly between the robot controller and the Brother CNC machine. We have a Siemens PLC in the cell but it is used for steering other stuff. Sometimes we use Profibus or similar if the CNC machine is prepared with that. Learn automation and you will never be out of work! Cheers.
