I remember this on Emerald... I haven't had so much fun since the Basilisk speed buff rolling out on Sunderer by accident, resulting in those "Sunderer Death Balls" steamrolling over fights. Those were so fun that even Wrel admitted how hilarious it was! 🤣
@@reveahlem3226the Utility was released unfinished by accident, usually game devs fix bugs this painfully obvious before rolling it out. However, a lot of people had so much fun with this accidental release (me included)!
