SmartTEH Ltd is industrial equipment engineering and production company. Our main speciality is non-standard and individual solution development that allows our customers to improve their profitability of production and logistic processes.
Yes, SmartTEH has already developed a version of the automated loading system that can be used for truck loading without a container, with several suitable attachments for this truck loading system. Send us your request on our website www.smartteh.eu/en
We can make custom-tailored units for specific demands. But in general, in most cases containers are loaded until 30t so that they can be transported on regular trailers, etc. This particular machine is designed to load up to 30t. You can contact us through our website www.smartteh.eu/en to get a personalised proposal.
Can you adapt the machine to load the container itself? For 40ft containers that are double stacked with total weight 60 metric tons or more? What is the maximum distance the machine move the container?
We can certainly discuss customizing our machine for your specific needs. Please email us at linda@smartteh.eu or use our contact form at www.smartteh.eu/en for detailed information.
Constructive feeedback:When packing containers manually typically, air space is consumed. Take for instance as example shipping packets of hospital gloves. You are able to fit more in a container that would typically be palletised. Further there is valuable space taken from the pallets in this system that reduce the amount of product able to store inside the container. This would be this products main draw back. It costs on average (in my area) $500usd for two people to either load or unload a container in a 4 - 6 hour window for a 40ft container (depending on the size of the products.) So it becomes a question of, does that $500usd saving really cover the lack of product otherwise able to be shipped taking into account the costs / open area /training required to have this machine on site.
It all depends of the product dimensions, also how far it is from the platform, operator skills, technique which is used to handle the product. But for example to load this particular product on average our clients spend around 20 minutes to fully load the container (load forming and loading)
