Not at all! Gotta work on those math skills. Shouldn’t be more than 400 if you use the scoop of protein powder. Minus the protein powder about 300. 100 calorie Greek yogurt, 1 tbs pb 100 calories, 2 scoops collagen 50 calories and an Apple 80 calories
@@Ace345r doesn’t that stuff just suppress your appetite? These people know that their hands are literally controlled by their brain, right? Just consciously dont eat as much? Like I don’t really care if you took drugs but I don’t understand. Just eat less by yourself lmao.
I hope this isn't too sensitive a question, you are an absolutely gorgeous woman. I've been watching lots of weight loss videos and seeing women who've lost 100+ lbs, many with loose skin and skin removal, etc. I notice that a lot of women who have been super morbidly obese have a very masculine body shape - rectangle or even with shoulders broader than hips, little to no curves, thinner legs, etc. I'm curious if there is a hormonal aspect that causes the adipose disorder in the first place, that also affects the normal development of a more commonly feminine shape. Wondering if it's something you have any insight into having experienced it yourself. You look great and happy for your weight loss success! Wishing you many healthy years ahead!
better health and weight management! balance nutrition is the best to our journey of healthier body! since i adding the magnesium from nutraharmony and more supplements from it! have a good life ! 🥰🥰🤗🤗
Yes this helps! A lot! I was just approved by my dr and insurance to get wegovy and im now doing more research into the specifics of being on it and im realizing its really horrifying how LITTLE education ppl are getting from the dr that prescribed it! If my dr had said these few things to me it would've helped so much! But i had to scour YT and come across it by chance from a regular person. Its shameful how drs are handing these GLP's out without the proper education.
Hello, Have been on Ozempic for 10 weeks. 4 weeks at 0.25. 4 weeks at 0.5. 2 weeks at 1 ml and no weight drop or appetite suppression. Before taking Ozempic I was on Saxenda in March for 4 weeks and I lost 13 lbs and appetite suppression within 24 hours. I will try the Ozempic for 6 more weeks as per my doctor. It cost $270 Canadian and will try Trizepatide in Sept if no change. It cost $500 per month but I'm guessing it's worth a try. Only good thing on Ozempic is no side effects.
Could we get an update on the changes you made? Many of us would like to know if these can be taken for wt loss but weened off of eventually since long term use is not financially feasible for most of us.
@@HollyRandolph-ug1pbwith the dairy? Nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and once- vomiting. That is what helped me make the connection to dairy as the offender.

Let cool a few minutes and then run a knife around the edges and lift out of cups.
I be love that you give ideas for more protein and am thankful for the tips. However in today’s world of hyperinflation it’s almost impossible to get anything except what is affordable regardless of whether it’s completely healthy for you or not. Unfortunately it just life as it is now. It’s either pay your light bill or buy expensive groceries.
No you don't gain weight for no reason. You ONLY gain weight if you're over consuming calories. It's your fault, not the fault of any illness. Accepting responsibility is Step 1 of the process.
