10 months ago this home was listed for 123,322 without set up or delivery..so add another 40,000 to your budget and that's the real cost. A Home Package price should include everything..its ridiculous. Lumber prices have gone down since the pandemic..so should these prices!!
I loved this floor plan in person but master bath/closet had different layout. I’d honestly ask to not have the 3rd bathroom and opt for an empty room, no plumbing.
Very nice home! I would add a full size opening window in the laundry room and opening transom in the master bathroom and a sliding door in the dining room. Other than that, its perfect! Amber is so cat like, always sneaking around😂. Thanks for the tour!
Depending on where you live you can attach it to the land. Then it will become real property just like a "stick built" home. So then it will increase in value as well.
Big, bold and beautiful. Only thing I would change is carpeted bedrooms and family room, ceiling fans with wall controls in all bedrooms, family room and living room, opening transom in guest bath and a patio door in the dinette. Love the cabinet colors! Thanks for the tour!
The countertops are beautiful, but are they durable ? I would think they would look awful after a few months of heavy-duty cooking . I don't like the sink all the way across the kitchen from the stove. Maybe if it had a pot filler, it would be a little more practical.if I'm cooking eggs, I need to wash my hands in-between each egg so as not to touch other things with raw egg on my fingers. In that situation I would certainly get my steps in haha. The furnace on the same wall as the master is also a no go for me. I'm a light sleeper, it would keep me up all night. Otherwise it's a nice home.

Love this house too❤ I would add carpet to all bedrooms and the living room; I would leave the LVP flooring in the entryway all the way to those back porch windows, and across to the kitchen, that way there would be no wear pattern on the carpeted area of the living room. Other than that, opening transoms in the baths and it would be perfect for me. Another keeper! Thanks for a great tour of a great house!
We own this home! We got ours for $119,000 in Cheyenne WY. We placed it on our own land and love it! Locally this model is now more expensive, I think $150-160,000 (just a little over 12 months from our purchase) so the price can really vary from state to state and time. Something nobody mentions is that the models now come with very energy efficient furnace and water heater. Our home doesn’t have gas like our previous one and that is a huge financial benefit. We did choose to add a wood stove in our home since we can suffer from power outages in the winter and also colder weather.
I love this house! I would only make a couple changes. Carpeted bedrooms, an opening, full size window in the MBATH, and put the linen closet cabinets in the laundry room above the W/D with a full size opening window in between them, thus opening up a space for a small upright freezer. This house is going into my save file, it is close to perfect and checks all my boxes. Now Im going to watch again! Thanks for the tour!
It’s nice but in 2024 we shouldn’t be seeing the wall strips. I bought a doublewide back in 2021 and it’s beautiful but it has those gnarly strips. C’mon people it’s 2024, that should be straight up sheet rock with no strips! It takes away from the home.
No pantry,no coat closet but did really like the family room.I realize building costs have gone up but my personal thought is the price for this home was to high. 7:03
It's August 7, 2024 The sumner is my favorite, but we won't be making a purchase until spring, so I might find something different. I really like the wood trim and the floors they set this home off!
This has been my very favorite for a long time. I so hope that by the time we are ready buy and make the move, it is still affordable. It is truly so beautiful!
Should replace one window in dining with s door. As a short person im not liking the microwave above the stove in all of thses homes. A hot dish overhead???
